No work will begin until the client approves the final proposal in writing.
3. Scheduling & Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may change due to weather, material availability, or job-site conditions.
Renuvo One LLC is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, third-party vendors, or issues discovered during demolition.
4. Payments
Payment schedules are outlined clearly in the signed agreement.
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon project completion.
Late payments may be subject to fees as stated in the proposal.
5. Materials & Product Selection
Clients are responsible for approving all materials, colors, and finishes prior to installation.
Once materials are ordered, cancellations or changes may result in restocking fees or additional charges.
6. Warranty
Renuvo One LLC provides a limited workmanship warranty on completed projects.
Material warranties are offered by the manufacturer and vary by product.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, weather events, soil movement, or third-party alterations.
7. Property Access
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the job site during the project. Renuvo One LLC is not liable for issues caused by restricted access, pets, or personal obstacles.
8. Website Use
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of Renuvo One LLC. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
9. Liability
